Before you send plans
A concept plan is useful, but the quotation depends on details beyond floor area. Tell us whether the building is temporary or intended for a long service life, whether modules will be stacked, and who will provide foundations, MEP connections and site installation. Note access limits that could affect truck width or crane reach. If a local engineer has specified wind, snow or seismic loads, include that design basis; otherwise identify the site so the requirement can be defined by the responsible professional.
We coordinate supplier questions and commercial comparisons. We do not approve structural designs, certify fire performance or issue building permits. Product claims, certificates and destination compliance need documentary review for the selected supplier and final configuration.
Request a supplier comparison
We will clarify the scope and identify document gaps before forwarding a comparable request. Supplier capacity, product certificates and destination compliance must be verified for the actual project.
What happens next
We review your brief for missing procurement information, then frame a common request for relevant suppliers. Quotations should separate structure, envelope, fit-out, installation support, shipping and exclusions. If the offers are not comparable, we request clarification before recommending a commercial review. Sample and inspection coordination can be discussed after a shortlist is agreed.
